Happy New Year Bolder Sisters!

I can already guess what you’re thinking: where have I been, right? It’s been a while, and so much has happened since we last connected. I’ve experienced the loss of beloved ones, including one of my favorite people, which has left me in a period of grief. However, I’m beginning to reclaim my sense of self and am eager to return to the things I love, including connecting with all of you! I appreciate your patience and understanding while I navigated this. As women and Bolder Sisters, we often keep our struggles to ourselves, believing that others may not want to hear them. But those who truly love you will stand by you through anything. Thank you for that.
Now, let me share some exciting news—I’ve written a new book! Yes, I have! This project was truly a labor of love. The inspiration struck during COVID, and I started planning and brainstorming, but the pandemic really challenged my motivation. I felt stuck for a couple of years. As the world gradually returned to a sense of normalcy, my drive began to resurface, and I was ready to move forward. In fact, the image accompanying this post is what helped to motivate me; a gift from daughters reminded me that I’ve got this, and it was just the spark I needed to get things done, and I did! Thank you Kyler and Kelsi.
By now, you know that I am passionate about offering resources, coaching, and support to women in their careers, relationships, and lives. My new book is an extension of that mission. It’s titled Before You Let Go: The 30-Day Plan for Healing Your Marriage and Yourself (If You Choose). This book is designed for couples who feel like they’ve exhausted all options and are on the brink of giving up. For those seeking one last chance to reignite joy in their relationship, the book, accompanied by a workbook of activities, offers hope. I firmly believe that healing is always possible. I felt compelled to write this book after witnessing couples deteriorate before my eyes. Many who sought my coaching were ready to part ways before reaching out to me, and it was often too late. My mission is to help individuals heal, encouraging them to recognize their strengths and the areas needing improvement. This self-awareness can be challenging for some, making it hard to see what they may be contributing to their relationships and their lives that isn’t serving them well. It’s time for people to step out of their own way and embrace the best life has to offer in love and beyond.
Before You Let Go is now published and being promoted, with a book launch approaching. Bolder Sisters, I’m committed to following through on my promises to myself. I matter to me, and I will pursue all that God has called me to do in every way He has guided me.
Alongside the book, I’ve taken on a couple of new adventures. I returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Organizational Leadership and transitioned into a new leadership role. Yes, I’m now a Director! With the book, my studies, and this promotion, I am truly stepping outside my comfort zone and embodying the Bolder Sister spirit I’ve always wanted to share with you.
I’ve embraced new challenges, and I’m ready to reconnect with myself and continue pushing forward.
Now, what about you, Bolder Sisters? What bold step are you eager to take as we approach 2025? It’s our time, so let’s seize it!

Bolder Sister Tiya! I am proud of the woman and inspiration you continue to be. I fully support all of your endeavors!
